These Dried Rose Petals are great for teas, baking, desserts, and potpourri.

Hand picked at their peak and dehydrated immediately to ensure maximum freshness and quality.

Fun uses for Dried Rose Petals:

Tea: For one cup of tea, use 1 tsp Dried Rose Petals in a tea ball or diffuser. Add water between 88-93 degrees Celcius. Steep 3-5 minutes until desired strength.

Rose Sugar: Add Dried Rose Petals to equal parts Sugar and let sit for 2-3 weeks. Strain before use. Used in coffee, baking, etc.

Rose Honey/Simple Syrup: Warm honey or simple syrup (1:1 dissolved Sugar in water) add 1 tsp, let cool. 

 

Storage:

For best shelf life, store in an air-tight container in a cool dark place. If the rose petals start to fade or have a musky scent it is best to discard and replace.

When Using Rose Petals:

Heating above 80 degrees Celsius (176 degrees F) as well as citrus, vinegar or other acidic ingredients can greatly reduce aroma.
