Herbal Tea 'Bag'
This Herbal Tea 'Bag' contains three separate bags of herbs, Dried Lavender, Rose Petals and Pineapple Mint.
Directions:
To make 1 cup of tea, use 1 tsp of desired herb. Use tea ball or diffuser. Add water between 90-100 degrees and steep for 5-10 minutes (Mint/Lavender) 3-5minutes (Rose) depending on the herb and desired strength.
Other Fun things to do with these herbs:
Simple Syrups:
Mix muddle herb in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio sugar and boiling water mixture. Let stand around 30 minutes. Sample at intervals to test strength. Once cooled, store in a sealed container in the fridge, it can last up to 1-2 weeks. Freezing is also another option to prolong shelf life.
Sugared Herbs:
Place desired amount of herb in food processor and blend until finely chopped. Add sugar, blend again. Store in a cool, dry place in an air tight container. If colour or smell is off, be sure to discard and make another batch.
